The courses were broken down into chapters that are entirely manageable. Working self-paced is ideal for me as sometimes I could manage 2 assignments a week and other times, because of my personal commitments only 1 assignment. The few times I contacted support I found the assistance given both timely and supportive. The support I received was not only on the subject matter but at times, with technical issues due to my lack of knowledge with computers. I am extremely grateful and was never made to feel incompetent.
